Who We Serve, Construction
A lead you generate in March signs in September.
Which means every standard marketing report you have ever been shown is wrong about where your jobs came from. Long sales cycles break last-click reporting completely, and agencies then cut the thing that was working because the dashboard said it wasn't.
See If Your Market Is Available →The Problem
The attribution problem, and why it matters more here than anywhere.
The ad that started the relationship gets no credit. The branded search six months later gets all of it. Everything downstream of that error is a bad decision made confidently.
Last click can't see your sales cycle
The touch that started a six-figure relationship is invisible by the time the job signs, so it looks unprofitable and gets cut.
Not enough volume for the model to learn
Google's attribution asks what would have happened without each touch, but it needs conversion volume to be stable and most construction firms don't have it.
Calendar-month reporting
A three-month-old lead that just signed gets counted in the wrong month. Almost nobody reports it any other way, and it changes which channels look profitable.
The System
What we do about it.
Two changes to how the account is measured, then three to what the market actually sees.
Closed-won status pushed back from your CRM
So the system learns from actual signed jobs rather than form fills. Bidding optimizes toward the leads that became revenue, not the ones that filled in a form.
Reporting on a lag that matches your sales cycle
A three-month-old lead that just signed belongs in the month it was generated. Almost nobody reports that way, and it changes which channels look profitable.
Credentials lead, not the footer
Nobody hands over six figures to a website. They hand it over to a licensed, insured, bonded firm, so license numbers, insurance, and warranty terms go high on the page.
Project photography and local reviews
Photographs of work like theirs, and reviews from people in their zip code. We build reviews across multiple platforms, because the patent that governs local ranking counts documents carrying reviews, not your star rating alone.
Your referral network as a marketing asset
Architects, realtors, designers, and past clients are a relationship channel almost no agency actively works, and it feeds the same prominence factors that move local ranking: mentions, referring documents, earned placements. We give it a monthly target.
Local visibility for the work that still starts in search
Smaller remodels and service work behave like ordinary local searches. That side of the business gets the map pack treatment the big jobs don't need.
One firm per market, per trade.
We won't take the firm bidding against you for the same jobs. First to sign locks it for the whole engagement, and renewing keeps it yours.

Questions
Straight answers.
What does reporting on a lag actually look like?+
Each month we report the leads generated in a month alongside what those specific leads have since become, rather than mixing this month's spend with this month's signings. It means the most recent month is always incomplete, which is honest, and it means you stop cutting channels that were working.
We already send leads to our CRM. Isn't that the same thing?+
Sending leads in is half of it. The half most accounts skip is sending the outcome back out, so the ad platform learns which leads turned into signed jobs. Without that, bidding is optimizing toward whoever fills in forms.
Do we really need reviews for six-figure work?+
The buyer still checks. And mechanically, the patent describing local ranking counts documents carrying reviews of your firm as one of five prominence factors. Being reviewed in five places beats being reviewed brilliantly in one.
