Waggle Marketing

Who We Serve, Transportation

You don't sell rides. You sell the certainty that a clean vehicle turns up.

A screened driver, outside at 6:40am. That's a different marketing problem from almost any other local business, and it's why generic agency playbooks don't work here.

The Problem

You're probably running two or three businesses at once.

Most operators we meet are, and they're marketing them as if they're one. That's usually where the money leaks.

01

Event work

Weddings, proms, nights out, airport runs. Consumer, emotional, heavily seasonal, decided on reviews and photos. A prom is booked five months out and an airport run at 11pm the night before.

02

Contract work

School districts, corporate accounts, standing shuttle runs. Institutional, procurement-driven, won on credentials and relationships rather than search. One contract can outweigh a year of event bookings.

03

Group charter

Churches, sports teams, tour operators, corporate outings. Quote-driven, price-compared, and booked well ahead.

The System

What we do differently.

Each of those businesses needs different messaging, different landing pages, and different budget timing. Run them as one campaign and the cost per lead looks acceptable while the contracts you actually want never arrive.

Your lead is a quote request, not a sale

Between a form fill and revenue sits your quote, your response time, and often months of waiting. If your reporting counts quote requests as conversions, and most do, you're optimizing toward people who ask rather than people who book.

Booked jobs pushed back into the ad platform

So bidding learns from actual signed work rather than inquiries, and we report on a lag that matches your real booking window. A prom lead generated in January doesn't become revenue until May.

Speed to quote, treated as a marketing problem

Quote requests go to three or four operators at once, and the one who replies first very often wins regardless of price. If your quotes go out the next morning, that's fixable with automation before it's an operations problem.

Budget paced to your booking curve

Prom season, graduation, wedding season, homecoming, the holiday party run, the school year starting. We pre-position ahead of each wave rather than chasing it once competitors have bid the price up.

A credential surface for contract work

Nobody wins a district contract through Google Ads. Safety record, driver screening, inspection history, insurance, and compliance documentation, built so that when a procurement committee member types your name, what they find is credible and current.

Reviews built across multiple platforms

One missed-pickup story does real damage and a steady pattern of on-time reviews is the only counter. The patent describing local ranking counts documents carrying reviews, not stars, so being reviewed in five places beats being reviewed brilliantly in one.

One ClientOne IndustryOne Market

One operator per market.

We won't take the company bidding against you for the same school district or the same wedding venues. First to sign locks it for the whole engagement, and renewing keeps it yours.

Questions

Straight answers.

Why shouldn't we count quote requests as conversions?+

Because a quote request is someone asking for a price, not someone booking. Optimize toward it and the platform gets very good at finding people who ask. We push booked jobs back into the platform so it learns the difference.

Can search marketing win us a school district contract?+

Not directly, and any agency that says otherwise is selling you something. That work is won on safety record, screening, inspection history, insurance, and relationships with procurement. Search marketing's job there is narrow but real: make sure that when a committee member looks you up, what they find is credible.

How much does replying faster actually matter?+

In this industry more than most. Requests go out to several operators simultaneously and first reply very often wins. If yours go out the next morning, that is a fixable automation problem and usually the cheapest improvement available to you.

Is my market still open?+

We only take one transportation operator per market. Tell us your city and what mix of work you run on a strategy call and we'll confirm availability.
