Who We Serve, Healthcare
Marketing for healthcare practices, without the compliance risk.
Most agencies will happily run your ads, write your blog, and reply to your patient reviews. That third one has cost practices tens of thousands of dollars. We work with one practice per specialty per market, and we do it with a compliance rail most agencies in this space don't know they need.
See If Your Market Is Available →The Problem
The mistake that gets practices fined.
The HHS Office for Civil Rights has repeatedly penalized providers for what they wrote in reply to an online review. This is not theoretical, and it catches careful people.
Confirming a patient is a disclosure
A reply thanking someone for letting you care for their mother is enough to be a problem. You do not have to name a condition to cross the line.
Their disclosure is not your permission
A patient who identifies themselves publicly has not given you permission to respond in kind. That is precisely what caught several of the practices that were fined.
The urge to defend produces the fine
Correcting a factual claim in a bad review, however wrong it is, is where most penalties start. A California dental practice paid $23,000 and accepted a two-year corrective action plan.
The System
What we run, and the rail it runs on.
Every reply we write would be safe posted under any review on your profile. Generic, warm, and it moves the conversation offline. Nothing that confirms a treatment relationship, names a condition, or argues with the reviewer.
HIPAA-safe review responses
Written against a compliance rail, using templates that hold up under any review. If an agency, a receptionist, or a reputation tool is replying to your patient reviews without one, that is worth looking at this week.
Reviews as a ranking mechanism
The Google patent describing local ranking counts documents carrying reviews of your practice as one of five prominence factors. Not your star rating. The number of places you are reviewed.
Local visibility
Built on the five factors the claim actually names, four of which happen off your website entirely.
Paid acquisition
Starting with a reconciliation of what your ad platform reports against the patients actually in your system. Those numbers are almost never the same.
Content that survives scrutiny
Written so a search engine can extract the facts, and reviewed against your specialty's advertising rules before it goes live.
Website and conversion
Because a practice that ranks and doesn't convert has an expensive brochure.
One practice per specialty, per market.
If we work with a dermatology practice in your city, we will not take the practice across the street. That is unusual in healthcare marketing, where the same agency frequently runs three competing practices in one metro and calls it expertise. First to sign locks the slot.

Questions
Straight answers.
Is replying to patient reviews actually risky?+
Yes. It is one of the most reliably fined activities in healthcare marketing. The Office for Civil Rights has penalized practices repeatedly, including $23,000 plus a two-year corrective action plan in one case. Simply confirming that someone was a patient is itself a disclosure, and a patient identifying themselves publicly does not give you permission to respond in kind.
Do you understand healthcare compliance?+
We run privacy-aware tracking, keep patient data handled correctly, and write every review response so it would be safe posted under any review on your profile. We also know the difference between what you can and cannot say in a healthcare ad, which varies by specialty.
We already tried an agency and it didn't work. Why is this different?+
Most agencies sell ads on top of a broken funnel. We fix operations first, calls answered, reviews flowing, booking path clean, then run traffic into something that converts. And we show you the source behind every recommendation, so you can check us rather than trust us.
Is my specialty and city still available?+
Maybe. We only take one practice per specialty per market. Tell us both on a strategy call and we will confirm on the spot, then send the five prominence factors for your practice against the three competitors ranking above you.
